THRIVE Collective was born out of both experience and evolution.
During more than 30 years leading equity, inclusion, and leadership development efforts across some of the nation’s most respected universities and multiple partner agencies, I saw a pattern: brilliant people and well-intentioned organizations struggling to grow, not for lack of ideas or talent, but because they lacked the tools, language, and structures to lead with purpose, equity, and courage.
I founded THRIVE Collective to fill that gap.

What began as a personal coaching practice has grown into a collaborative space where leaders, consultants, and change agents come together to do transformative work. Grounded in lived experience and professional expertise, we offer more than services. We offer a framework for flourishing.
The name “THRIVE” isn’t just a vision. It’s a philosophy rooted in Transformation, Healing, Resilience, Inclusion, Vision, and Empowerment. These are principles I’ve carried through decades of leading change, mentoring others, and navigating my own transitions. The “Collective” reflects something just as important: that none of us thrives alone.
