I am a results-oriented executive with over 30 years of experience specializing in inclusive excellence, leadership development, and organizational transformation. My passion is translating vision into action and empowering leaders to build inclusive, high-performing cultures.

 

My career is defined by a proven track record of leading and executing complex, high-stakes initiatives. As the former Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Loyola Marymount University, I led campus-wide strategy that earned national recognition, including the NADOHE Institutional Inclusive Excellence Award and the Higher Education Excellence in Diversity Award. At Stanford University, I served as Associate Vice Provost for Inclusion, Community and Integrative Learning, where I led a major change management initiative to realign departments and resources, resulting in strengthened institutional support for student equity and inclusion. My portfolio included 14 matrixed departments with a combined $14 million budget. 

 

Earlier in my career, I served as Associate Vice Chancellor and Dean at Washington University in St. Louis, and was the inaugural Assistant Dean for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at Harvard College, where I led the college's first Diversity Strategic Plan. Across all these institutions, I’ve been committed to building inclusive communities, supporting student success, and mentoring emerging leaders.
