Edwina Welch, Ed.D.

 

Dr. Edwina Welch brings 30+ years of experience in higher education leadership, with expertise in organizational development, change management, and DEI coaching. She co-created UC San Diego’s LEAD Fellows and Culturally Competent Management programs and has led multiple cohort-based programs with non-profit organizations, universities, and city municipalities. A certified coach and MBTI practitioner, she supports inclusive leadership through systems-level design and reflective practice.
